Hangzhou Fin Tube Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, is a national high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production and product integration of finned tubes. Its predecessor is Hangzhou Junqiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1998, mainly engaged in mold development and sheet metal processing. The 8-year technical accumulation has provided a wealth of mold processing experience and flexible manufacturing capacity for the later development of finned tubes.

FTB is committed to the R&D and production of integrated finned tubes. We have independently developed and completed two leading finned tube production processes, namely, integral rolling and laser welding, so that the materials available for finned tubes cover almost all common metal materials, such as copper, aluminum, and their alloys, stainless steel, titanium, etc. The integral rolling ensures that the fins and the header are extruded into shape, without contact thermal resistance; Laser welding can ensure 100% welding rate between fins and base tube. No need to add solder for welding. The weld is smooth and full, and the heat exchange between fins and base tube is smooth. Since the first product was exported in 2008, FTB's constant pursuit of product quality and responsible attitude towards customers have won customers' favor!

At present, FTB has 16 overall rolling production lines and 3 laser welding production lines. The annual production capacity of finned tubes is 1.7 million meters. Nearly 70% of the products are exported to European and American countries. Customers include well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and R&D units such as Hang Yang Group, Chinese Academy of Sciences, General Machinery Research Institute, Raypak, Pentair, etc. Excellent product quality and excellent development ability have established a good brand image for FTB.
